• Are you licensed?

  Members of our team do carry various licenses, including Massachusetts Real Estate and Brokers Licenses. Our team is highly trained and delivers a diverse range of talents and skills to our firm, to better serve our clients.

• Can I reach you after hours?

  Our team is constantly “connected” to our office. We offer a 24-hour emergency line, as well as email and phone contacts.

• Can you put the money directly into my account?

  We can offer electronic disbursement of funds for your convenience.

• Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

  Yes. You may authorize to sign the lease as Management or you may elect to sign the leases on your own behalf.

• Do you sell real estate too?

  Yes. We offer a full range of Real Estate services, including representation when buying or selling a property.

• How and when do I get my checks?

  We send your check on a regular interval, following the receipt of the applicable rent checks.

• How is rent collection handled?

  We offer several methods of rent collection for our tenants- including in person, by mail, or online through a Tenant Portal.

• How long of a lease do you sign?

  We typically provide one year leases.

• How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

  We charge one-month’s rent as a security deposit to our tenants.

• How soon can you start managing my property?

  Once we have met, toured the property, and signed all applicable paperwork, we can begin managing your property. This process can be completed at your convenience and as quickly as necessary.

• What type of properties do you manage?

  We primarily manage residential rental properties in the Pioneer Valley area, and more specifically, the five college area.

• What type of reports do I get and how often?

  We offer an excellent Owner Portal that gives you 24/7 access to your information.

• Who holds the tenant security deposit?

  We hold the tenant security deposit in a Tenant Escrow Account, as required by Massachusetts Law.
